Holiday Shipping Deadlines
To help ensure your gifts arrive in time for the festive season, we provide recommended order deadlines. These are based on carrier estimates with an added buffer, but as delivery dates during this busy period cannot be guaranteed, we advise placing your orders early.
Domestic Shipping
We are proud to offer free shipping on all qualifying domestic orders. For orders below this threshold, a simple flat-rate shipping fee applies.
We partner with reliable national carriers to deliver your packages. Shipments are processed promptly from our fulfillment center. We typically use standard postal services for deliveries to remote areas or PO Boxes.
International Shipping
Please Note: Shipping to international destinations, including the United States, may be subject to periodic adjustments based on logistics and regulatory updates. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For all orders shipped outside of our home country, the recipient is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and related fees. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are typically collected by the delivery carrier upon arrival in the destination country.
Order Processing & Delivery
We work diligently to process and dispatch all orders quickly. Standard processing time applies before an order leaves our warehouse. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Package Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable), additional shipping charges will apply to re-send the package to the corrected or updated address.
Sustainable Shipping Commitment
We are committed to environmentally responsible practices. We prioritize the use of recycled and eco-friendly packaging materials from trusted sustainable suppliers. Whenever possible, we reuse packing materials received from our own partners to minimize waste. To further reduce our paper footprint, we do not include physical invoices or packing slips inside your box unless specifically requested.
